If so, it's possible that an update which has recently been installed to your computer is conflicting with the chat requirements. Alternatively, it may be because you need to install updates - that would be my first area to investigate either way!

This is a collectible set of items, which you can then place into your trophy room if you are able to collect all 9 map pieces within one week! There are many items, all which will unlock in order, and if you are not able to collect the item in time, it will appear again in the rotation in several weeks, so you will be able to try again!
