Caren KatsmomTonight at 8:06 PM my time, I purchased 25 Egg Breaker Credits for $3.00. The transaction went through, as shown in my FB account history.. but NO EB Credits were received in my game! There's no record of my purchase in my game history, either! I planned to use those credits to reset my Graduation Event exam times... but the longer it takes you to give me my credits, the more time I lose in the event. NOT a happy customer. Facebook says you have 72 hours to respond to my dispute. Please don't make me wait that long! :(

Caren KatsmomI have finally received my Egg Breaker Credits -- about 2 hours after I paid for them. I don't know what went wrong, and I'm concerned about this happening again in the future.
