Gary Curtisi am on stage 3 of the tourist monkey but have not got stage 1 trophy

Have you earned all the prizes from stage one? Remember, there are normal, rare *and* several buy only prizes to pick up on each level! The stage trophy will not appear until you have won/bought all the prizes. If stage one is showing as 100% completed, and you've triple checked your inventory (and are sure that the trophy isn't just hiding when you go to one of your prize rooms), then please open a ticket and we'll have a look. Gary Curtisi have completed stage 1 its 100% I have got stage 2 trophy i always like getting all prizes in a stage before moving on how do I open a ticket

Gary CurtisI also completed the valentine monkey but never got that trophy either again I know i got all them prizes because I brought the last 2 with monkey bucks in the gold stage

Kittychix (Chloe)The Valentine Monkey had a derp moment, if you refresh your game, you should get the prizes properly.
You can open a ticket from in-game: - On the opening screen where you choose your monkey, click "help" in the upper left corner - Click Open Ticket and summarize your problem for the support dev to look at. - Click submit and you're done! |
