Josee DaunaisHello,
for the past few days I have noticed that I get odd numbers in multipliers (ex 5 instead of 6) and I also noticed that some of my multipliers go down (ex I win 10 and see 8)could you kindly look into this for me? Regards Josée Daunais |

Terry Johnsonodd multipliers are from V-Day Crates
the decreasing of multipliers is because it originally messes up the count and then goes back to the proper number |

Josee Daunaisno I get those odd multipliers even on regular days (no events) and the same for the go down multipliers

You definitely shouldn't be seeing strange multipliers when we do not have events running; Terry is correct in that you may be seeing them currently as the Valentine Monkey is in town, mixing things up with his crates. If you continue to see odd number multipliers after this Friday (when the Valentine Monkey leaves), you can check your play history (and please report it if that's the case!). You can find your play history from any in-game screen, it is a blue button on the bottom of the left hand side of the screen, which says "History." |
