John ManekWhat browser are you using and version. Flash version? Are you using any firewall/antivirus/malware software(s) and if so what ones and versions. These are the most likely causes and knowing what they are can help.

Noemi PomerleauIf you're using Internet Explorer, try Firefox or Google Chrome. The chat doesn't get along with IE very well.
