We do pay attention to how far players are progressing and if it seems that not enough progress is being made we adjust the difficulty. Also it is a 14 day event, not 11, not sure where you got that from.

The link I gave you was just what came up in my browser when I clicked on the event icon in-game. I was showing it to you in the hopes that it would work like a scrollable screenshot, basically.

The problem is caused when some important session information is not being included by the browser when making the requests. Closing it and opening it again should fix it. -David

I've played as many hammers/stars as I can since the game started, and I've only bought 2 prizes. I also haven't found any in the few gifts I've been sent....which are costly enough to send/upgrade/get more themselves.

That's 400 hammers daily. To buy at least 1 prize per day, I need to collect 250 tokens from 400 hammers daily. yeah, it's impossible for me. At least not this year.
