28 Posts	Link to post - Posted November 8th 2012 at 8:54 PM Andra Bergsma To open a help ticket: Click the "Help Me!" tab at the top of the game, beside the discussion Board tab. Then click on the "Open New Ticket" and follow the directions/explain your problem. Ticket support usually only happens on weekdays, so if you open one on the weekend you may have to wait until the following week to start to get a response.
