John Kathy BoneHow long does it take the developers to respond to tickets? I placed 2 tickets already when the site went down 5-6 days ago and I would like to know what is going to be done seems I lost all my stuff and I am fuming over it. I hate to start all over when I had lots of stuff and even a lot of the special stuff.

Raymondcould be 16 or 17 months too. I have 2 open tickets that were never answered or acted on. I know the answers but want to see how long it takes them to c lose them out or respond.

Hilary ChappleI am really upset by this. I am on Stage 17 and stage 5 on the bonus stages and I refuse to start again. Dev's get it fixed, it has been over a week. Come on - let's go

John Kathy Boneso I'm not the only one who lost everything when the app crashed a week ago. How many of us are there out there I wonder.
