I was playing when it went down and now everything is back to starting all over again. I am very angry now because I was way up there and had a lot of the extra special stuff too and it is all gone now.

They don't necessarily read these forums and they have no way to 'open' your account without having to search you out in some 300,000 players. P.S. My progress has never been 'set back' like you describe. But many people would relish the ability to start over again without having to resort to the illegal, by facebook rules, method of creating a new account.
