not getting any crates
5 Posts	Link to post - Posted December 18th 2011 at 3:24 PM Julianna Couture Rickman I haven't been sent any crates in days. I looked at my husbands list when he played and my name isn't showing up on the list to get crates. He can send me stocking though. Whats wrong?

3 Posts	Link to post - Posted December 18th 2011 at 6:15 PM Heather Cleaveley I noticed the other day that my husband sent me crates and when I logged in all I could accept were the stockings and couldn't even see the crates that were sent. I have submitted a ticket to support.

Neither Carole, my wife, nor myself 'see' each other on our friends lists when sending crates, and haven't done for days. It has been ongoing that we are receiving NO crates at all; this cannot be a queue of 20 gifts holding up gifting process... we would both be delighted to have even one crate in the queue! This seems to have got worse as the Christmas event has gone on.
