It got really boring and I haven't played in a long time I'm 100% all the way through level 24 and I come back and still no new levels

After a while EB2 started. If you haven't already, I suggest you start there.
I would love to play EB1 again, starting from scratch, but that doesn't seem to be possible. :-(

Nope, you can't re-start any DJArts game that way. You can delete the App, keep it deleted for years, and when you come back you will still be the you that deleted the
App with all your stats intact. Even other games like Mindgames, Pulltabs, Scratch & Win and Bingo-Expmosion and so on are like this too, they have to keep your basic info forever. But those do lose at least one bit of info, your start date is the date that you re-add the game.
The only way to start the game over is the one thing that Facebook disallows, you using someone elses account or you creatinga fake account. Do that and all your accounts can possibly get deleted by facebook along with everyone from your IP address.
