new buddies and unanswered ticket

Second, I have got all my St Patricks day prizes and never got the completion ribbon. Posted to the help page and have still not heard back. Does anyone know how I can get an answer...unless they never answer these things

The event has 3 trophy case ribbons to win just like other events. They have the same requirements as last year (1 prize for Participation, 8 prizes for Dedication, all prizes for Completionist), with the additional requirement to earn at least one title for the Completionist ribbon. did you get at least one title?
