I am finding I am unable to send ( SHARE ) the initial bonus win from machine, or any bonus from crate wins as I dont have names in the list of friends. I have done nothing to change settings or anything. I get bonu8ses from my friends and am unable to send anything back. Any advice welcome !! I did try to notify the devs but havent had any reply to my notification message. So can anyone advise me please ?

Ben, I dont get names come up. You know when you first start the game, you get a machine come up to play and to send bonus crates.. All the names are gone. I know we dont get any achievement from this but it doesnt seem very fair for me to be unable to offer those "friends" a bonus in return. I receive an average of ten per day and I like to return the favour. I wrote it on my fb wall, to say I was sorry but cannot send bonuses daily, no-one has complained to me. I was and still am hoping the devs can check up and see if its a fault with game. It is more me than anything.. as I am unable to share crates..and this includes monkeybreak tokens WHEN I win a crate of them. (( not often ))

Gill if you are seriously having a problem sending crates you should open a support ticket to the devs!! The one thing that I can think of that could be happening though is that if your friends names don't appear on the list to send to then that usually means that they have already accepted the limit of crates for the day, which is 20!!

I was wondering if we still get bonus crates within the game? I get the one when you start playing, but I haven't gotten a crate in game for a long time now. Has it been changed?

I was having the same problem when it came to crates. I sent in a support ticket and Peter replied back and told me that you could get 0-3 per day and told me to play more throughout the day to better my chances at getting them. Yet I have friends that can send me 5 per day. I play twice a day and get one MAYBE once every three days. Same as the map piece. I have been playing for stars for 6 weeks now and I have been told that that is random, so it is safe to assume getting crates more than 0 times is random as well.
