Desktop Launcher account problem
1 Posts	Link to post - Posted November 21st 2020 at 1:26 AM David Maurel Hi, I'm having trouble login into my CNE account on COTLI desktop launcher : invalid password, even after requesting password change via forgotten link. Any tip I would have not seen to successfully log or do I need to open a ticket ? Thanks David

We had a player recently who used a password manager and something in the password generated by that app fooled the launcher when it was trying to log in, until they changed it to just letters, numbers and underscores.
