Hi! im having trouble with the game since today. it doesnt matter if i open it on steam or kongregate , i was doing the tier 1 everest and it got stuck . When i open the game runs for like a second and gets stuck like tilted. i cant even lvl up nor submit a ticket there. What can i do?

pd: i tried on different pcs even, its my game.
pd2: i tried entering to the see al objectives tab thinking if i reset the objective could be fixed but the game goes black. I cant even post a ticket, nothing, it opens, gets stuck , the monsters stuck, my heroes stuck, just the screen moves. cant do anything
