Game won't start, impossible to write ticket
4 Posts	Link to post - Posted April 10th 2020 at 1:06 PM eo187 Hey guys! I'm having issues with the game since this morning, no idea what happened but can't get the game to start. I click the start button but after 30 sec it simply closes the game. I have no idea what I should do, can anyone help please ? I'm playing on Steam, Windows 10!

What's the exact version of Windows, according to the Windows update screen? Is it a normal home version or a special version? Are you running any anti-virus or anti-malware software that would be flagging the game as something to not run? Erika

And the game was running just fine up until a point where it became impossible to launch via the .exe or the steam library. What's funny is that I can play the game using the CrusadersSteam.exe inside the program files. I have no clue what I changed that modified the access to the game :/ And no, i'm not running either an antivirus or an antimalware :s

3 Posts	Link to post - Posted April 18th 2020 at 10:18 AM dmb4160 I'm having issues as well, but have been using the same computer to play since I started playing. Yesterday it was being finicky and wouldn't load, and then I tried again a few hours later and was fine. Today has been different - took me a few tries to load the game and then keep getting 'retrying request' and 'failed to connect to server' and 'searching for loot'. Playing via FB. Currently trying to do a FP and when sprinting in the beginning, I can't even change my formation or level people up because of the error message box, but it looks like I'm at least progressing through the levels for now.
