There's a talent that specifically buffs TM click damage. There's also a talent that buffs click damage when your mouse is directly over a monster, and that DOES affect TM damage if you just hover over a monster. There's another talent that buffs click damage when you click an enemy, which TMs will keep maxed out, but there's also ANOTHER talent that buffs your DPS when you haven't clicked for 30 seconds, which you ALSO get the benefit from even if TMs are clicking because THEIR clicks don't reset that counter.
