Daniel GodreauHello,
Can we get someone to look into this issue and try to patch it. The game works with my intel processor, but i just got an amd computer and now the game won't load. Looking at multiple threads and this seems to be a common issue. thanks. here are some conversations on other threads putting out this issue 4 Posts Link to post - Posted January 21st at 7:12 PM mrkag I just installed Crusaders on my new computer but it unexpectedly quits about 10 seconds after clicking the Start button. Clearing C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\GameLoaderSteam\Local Store\#SharedObjects and uninstalling/reinstalling did not fix the issue. I'm running Windows 10 v19041.21 Any ideas? 3361 Posts Link to post - Posted January 22nd at 9:12 AM Erika/Alyniana (CNE Dev) Hi mrkag, I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with loading the game. Is Crusaders allowed to contact the internet by your firewall, anti-virus or anti-malware programs? Are you running any other security programs that would flag it? Other games, such as Idle Champions and Warframe are able to run. Defender is enabled but there is no indication that it is blocking Crusaders. The game does run but I am not able to get past clicking the Start button. I did find the following entry in the Windows Application log: Log Name: Application Source: Windows Error Reporting Date: 1/22/2020 8:08:30 PM Event ID: 1001 Task Category: None Level: Information Keywords: Classic User: N/A Computer: ******** Description: Fault bucket 1502036857479517935, type 1 Event Name: APPCRASH Response: Not available Cab Id: 0 Problem signature: P1: Crusaders of the Lost Idols.exe P2: 0.0.0.0 P3: 5bfef07c P4: KERNELBASE.dll P5: 10.0.19041.21 P6: d3dc0d27 P7: 4001000a P8: 001294f2 P9: P10: Attached files: \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WERD78B.tmp.mdmp \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WERD847.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WERD858.tmp.xml WPR_initiated_DiagTrackMiniLogger_OneTrace User Logger 20200113 1 Event Collector_0_inject.etl \\?\C:\Users\******\AppData\Local\Temp\WERD878.tmp.etl WPR_initiated_DiagTrackMiniLogger_WPR System Collector_inject.etl \\?\C:\Users\*****\AppData\Local\Temp\WERD879.tmp.etl \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WERD875.tmp.csv \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WERD896.tmp.txt These files may be available here: \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive\AppCrash_Crusaders of the_fbd883e6cdfdf98c8276526f47f42c96eb1b6_f23ef344_928c1919-c8c6-44d5-958e-67ac6c0f6bb5 Analysis symbol: Rechecking for solution: 0 Report Id: 929119fb-4b32-48d9-80fe-8f6f6847cd9e Report Status: 268435456 Hashed bucket: 997778fee078786fb4d84e90519c56ef Cab Guid: 0 Event Xml: 1001 0 4 0 0 0x80000000000000 983 Application ******** 1502036857479517935 1 APPCRASH Not available 0 Crusaders of the Lost Idols.exe 0.0.0.0 5bfef07c KERNELBASE.dll 10.0.19041.21 d3dc0d27 4001000a 001294f2 \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WERD78B.tmp.mdmp \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WERD847.tmp.WERInternalMetadata.xml \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WERD858.tmp.xml WPR_initiated_DiagTrackMiniLogger_OneTrace User Logger 20200113 1 Event Collector_0_inject.etl \\?\C:\Users\******\AppData\Local\Temp\WERD878.tmp.etl WPR_initiated_DiagTrackMiniLogger_WPR System Collector_inject.etl \\?\C:\Users\******\AppData\Local\Temp\WERD879.tmp.etl \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WERD875.tmp.csv \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\Temp\WERD896.tmp.txt \\?\C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive\AppCrash_Crusaders of the_fbd883e6cdfdf98c8276526f47f42c96eb1b6_f23ef344_928c1919-c8c6-44d5-958e-67ac6c0f6bb5 0 929119fb-4b32-48d9-80fe-8f6f6847cd9e 268435456 997778fee078786fb4d84e90519c56ef 0 3 Posts Link to post - Posted February 6th at 7:45 AM Daniel Godreau same thing is happening with my new computer too. unable to play this game 4 Posts Link to post - Posted February 6th at 8:21 AM mrkag Are you also using an AMD processor? 3 Posts Link to post - Posted February 6th at 8:30 AM Daniel Godreau ya. i went from intel i7 3770k to ryzen r7 3800x 4 Posts Link to post - Posted Sunday at 9:24 AM mrkag I went from an Intel 6700k to AMD 3950x.
