Hello,

Can we get someone to look into this issue and try to patch it. The game works with my intel processor, but i just got an amd computer and now the game won't load. Looking at multiple threads and this seems to be a common issue.

I just installed Crusaders on my new computer but it unexpectedly quits about 10 seconds after clicking the Start button. Clearing C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\GameLoaderSteam\Local Store\#SharedObjects and uninstalling/reinstalling did not fix the issue.

I'm running Windows 10 v19041.21

Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with loading the game.

Is Crusaders allowed to contact the internet by your firewall, anti-virus or anti-malware programs?

Are you running any other security programs that would flag it?

I made an explicit allow-all firewall rule for Crusaders, but that did not fix the issue. Other games, such as Idle Champions and Warframe are able to run.

Defender is enabled but there is no indication that it is blocking Crusaders. The game does run but I am not able to get past clicking the Start button.

I went from an Intel 6700k to AMD 3950x. Another factor is that I am running Windows 10 Insider Program build 19041.21.

I'm running a Ryzen 3900x, same issue. It used to work fine until a previous windows update. I'm currently on insider build 19559.

Same account still works fine on my release build windows laptop (running an I5)
