I just started running the Masquerade tier 4 objective for the current event and it "removed" the tags not just from the objective but from the missions screen as well.
The Mission screen shows the tags on the Crusaders but does not appear to apply them to the percentage when they are selected for a mission.
This may just be a visual bug. Unless I've gotten lucky the three missions I've completed were successful despite the 50% chance of success the screen showed.
