When I launch the game, I hit the Start button, and as it's loading it crashes. This happens about 95% of the time when I launch the game, and I don't know what the cause is. How can I fix this?

Hi Common Nighthawk,

Thank you for the report.

Where are you playing Crusaders?

I'm having the same issue as Common Nighthawk. On startup the game crashes before I even get the "your game is taking to long to load." message. I play through steam and am located in central Wisconsin.

This wouldn't be so annoying if I didn't need the credits from the weekly challenge to buy Epic crafting boxes from the challenge store. After three months of playing I finally had a successful mission to get epic crafting recipes and now I don't have enough flasks to use them. :P

Windows Operating system or Mac OS?

Have there been any system updates recently that possibly could have caused this?

Are you running any anti-virus or anti-malware software that would be deciding to flag Crusaders as not allowed to run?

Windows operating system.
An "audio" update... The same type of update has done this before.

Unless the update did something to my settings the anti virus has never interfered before.

Windows 10. I started having this problem when I migrated to a new computer, so I can't narrow it down more than that. The anti-virus I'm using is Windows' own and one other, but I don't think I'd be able to pinpoint any specific cause.

I managed to get a look at my update log. There were updates to windows defender yesterday as well. Though when I look at the permissions list it shows that lost Idols "should" have permission.

Finally back in. Keep my fingers crossed that it will last.
