TeschioYeah, the cost scales WAY too fast compared to its benefits. I get that it's intended for veterans, but I just upgraded it to lvl 3, lvl 4 will cost me as many idols as I have IN TOTAL, and in RP2 I'm already VERY close to the new cap...

AnimenutAgreed, it scales WAY too quickly. I have mine at level 4 and level 5 costs 150 billion. Even with both the challenge shop idol buff and the 50% chest package buff at once, reaching the area cap might only barely get me 2.5B idols per reset, which means it'd take me at least 60 resets hitting the area cap every single time just to get e25 more areas worth of idols. Lord knows what the next level would cost, and those extra few areas won't make up that massive difference.
The scaling for the talent needs to be cut in half, at least. I shudder to think at what level 8 costs... |

TeschioLast Edited September 8th 2019 at 10:45 AM I've been playing for 4 years, alhough there are much stronger players than me (I'm at 49 B idols). And it's STILL insanely expensive.
PS: it's completely impossible to have it at lvl 5 after a few weeks, or a few months, or even a couple of years. You clearly hacked the game. Suit yourself, it takes the fun out of it... |

TeschioYes: the use of the past tense, how to enjoy a game, and clearly you need to hack better as well.
Not worth it to discuss the game with someone that hacked it, sorry. It is true that this game has no competitive component, but still I can't understand the devs' decision to not ban any cheater immediately. |

Tos WongYou are funny, as far as you said it has no competitive component, why do devs bother to ban anyone?

AnimenutTos, because the devs make money off of people supporting the game by buying chests. If someone is cheating to get ahead without monetarily supporting the game, the devs lose that money. Cheaters may not impact any competitive setting in the game, but they do impact CNE's income.

TeschioAs Animenut said, the devs should ban cheaters because this game is their JOB. If you can get any amout of idols for free, you don't feel any incentive to support the game by actually purchasing stuff with real money. Plus, if you cheat your way to the top, you get bored quickly with the game, and don't stick around long, whereas many players have been playing for 4 years, and don't mind supporting the devs and keeping a game they have played for such a long time alive. Cheaters like you will never feel that kind of loyalty.
So yeah, they should ban you. Unfortunately, they won't. But at least you should have some dignity, and not complain about the cost of a talent when you can afford it only because you hacked the game. REAL players can complain about it (and they do, for good reasons I think), but you should not. |

Tos WongAre you insane? I won't pay any money in this kind of game EVEN I didn't hack.
It simply doesn't worth. Thank you for letting me know some idiots play this game for 4 years and gained something I achieved in hours. |

TeschioIt's not worth it FOR YOU. For people that enjoy the game (which those that hack it clearly don't), it's a way to support it. Every time I buy something, it's not for the actual item itself, it's to support the devs and keep alive a game that I've been playing for 4 years. Something cheaters like you would never get. And that's exactly why I think the dev should ban cheaters on the spot.
By the way, you achieved nothing. The grinding IS the game, which is a thing you will never be able to understand. By just hacking the game, you did not enjoy it the same way I did. You just saw some big numbers, but you are the one who wasted his time, because you wasted hours. I had fun for years. |

AnimenutTos, bragging that you cheated to get something within hours that someone else passionately slaved over to achieve over the course of years is like bragging that you saw a game's ending credits within seconds by looking the game's ending up online. Sure, you SAW the credits at the end of the game, but you didn't PLAY the game, much less beat it. Something you've failed to grasp is "The journey is more important than the destination." You seem to think an effortless victory you never had to try for is just as or more fulfilling than a hard-fought victory.
I pity you. |

Tos WongThe difference is I can choose whether I play the game in normal way or efficient way. But you two don't
Wanna see the credit? Pay more you fool! LOL |

TeschioNo, the difference is that we are playing the game, you are not. You are toying around with the code, but you're not ACTUALLY playing. You are wasting your time, we are having fun.
And this is not a game in which you NEED to spend money. We WANT to spend money. Not because of the advantages of that (fairly negligible), but to support the developers of a game we like. But I know this is a concept that people like you would never understand. |

AnimenutTos, that is literally the opposite of what is happening. You're skipping huge portions of the game that WE are not, so how can WE be the one's NOT experiencing something that you are? Categorically, objectively, by very definition and laws of physics, Teschio and I are experiencing more of the game than you are. Hacking to skip to the end of the game within a week makes it LITERALLY physically impossible for you to have experienced more of the game's content than someone who has played legitimately for years.
At this point, you're not just wrong on a moral level, you're wrong on a factual, logical level. |

MisterC8Grinding thousands of times for trillions of idols would take time. You need to build idols in to take time.

Tos WongPutting much time doing repeating works doesn't make anyone satisfy, I skipped the most annoying steps in idle game in minutes with my choice.
Simply speaking, most people will give a try if they know. Face the truth |

Animenut"Putting much time doing repeating works doesn't make anyone satisfy"
Pretty much every psychologist in the world disagrees. "Simply speaking, most people will give a try if they know." Most people know how to cheat in games and choose not to cheat because they know it ruins the fun. |
