Support Ticket not working
10 Posts	Link to post - Posted July 13th 2019 at 11:17 AM lazysis Hi apologies, but the support ticket button is still not working for me. I can fill one in, but it keeps then posting that I have no active tickets. Did not get my newsletter this week. How do I reach around the support ticket issue?

My problem was i previously bought cash in hand talent and in the last challenge (Reign of Fire) it did not award me my extra 5 challenge tokens. Also just wondering why Mama Kane was not allowed in the challenge because she carries a gun?

The Cash in Hand Talent awards you to tokens instantly on you starting a Challenge, and they are immediately available to spend. They don't get added to the running total for areas cleared on the Challenge. We make a play history entry showing the Tokens were awarded with the start of the challenge. Momma Kaine's item is more of a tool than an actual gun, which is why she wasn't available for the Reign of Fire challenge.
