This suggests Variety Pack is a formation ability, but Trick or Treat is not. Wouldn't it be the other way around? But the reason I'm putting this in the "Technical Support" section is because regardless of which (if either) of them are meant to be formation abilities, Mindy doesn't seem able to copy either of them.

We don't want Mindy to copy it. Variety Pack has to be a formation ability, since it counts unique tags in a column.
