When I bought this ability while doing The Professionals, it did increase gold bonus. However when I bought this again while doing event freeplay, it says current bonus: 0. The formation was full and Griz was in backmost row with all abilities bought
Let me confirm how this ability work: it increases gold bonus per crusader 3 slots away from Griz which is affected by Pep Talk, right?
If that's correct, then I don't understand why it says 0

So I tried this ability again and it works now. Looks like it was because I bought his abilities in order from Call the Play to Quantum Coaching. In my previous freeplay, I bought them from Quantum Coaching to Call the Play
I guess there's a small bug with this ability

I also have this bug. Doing an event free-play, and bought Contract Re-Negotiation first then Griz's other abilities. Current gold buff is at 0%.

Closed and restarted the game, and the buff is working properly now at 144%.
