Deep Blue - help please!

I just wanted to know what limits there were on multipliers for each egg type. For example, I know if you use over 200 multiplier or higher on brown eggs on a lower level, you mostly get gold. I also wanted to know if there was any tricks to getting more stars as they are much harder to come by on this level.
