5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted September 23rd 2017 at 11:27 PM Raymond you have 3 t1's right there. those after the 2 t2 recruits. i guess you did the 2 t1 recruits last year and none of the objectives. you should be able to do those 3 then the 2 recruits can be done and then there actually will be 3 more. but do you own the T2 talent? you must have that

The ones in the green are the tier 1 objectives that you need to finish before the tier 2 ones will be unlocked.
