It been happening a lot lately. Will not progress past a boss level sometimes. Not sure if it's a crusader doing it.. this freeplay using sneaky, seri, santa, merci, nate, nat, shasha, pam, thunderking, angel of hope and succubus. Not my normal formation, have a bunch on missions. Weird it hangs up on a boss level, did it to me 3 times now today.

Usually has to do with a temporary disconnect or other program blocking the game from working right. Some firewalls flare up when banking pages are in use that can interrupt the game loading the next area. If you're stuck in a boss area, turn off auto-advance and refresh the page. Let it load completely (characters, backgrounds, enemies, etc), then turn on auto-advance again and it should work. If not, go back a single area (going back to area 1 isn't necessary) and auto-advance from there.

playing on bigfish, windows 10 pc. Don't see this on steam. Been playing two games at once, not hard to do :). Seen this off and on the last week.

As Animenut posited it's possibly due to a internet disconnect at the time of the boss kill, but it's on our fix list to try and figure out something to assist players in this situation.
