I just happened to discover how Mindy interacts with Karen. Karen's "Nine Lives" ability allows her to resurrect herself on death 8 times, additively losing 10% of her DPS each time. Because of one of the event objectives having insta-kill monsters, I have her up front to tank a few insta-kills, obviously, but just realized "Oh right, Mindy can copy that ability" and so up to the front she moves to tank in the second front slot. HOWEVER, Mindy obviously also copies the damage reduction.....at 75% effectiveness. You math nerds know what that means. Normally, Mindy's "Mimic" ability copies an ability to a slightly-less-useful degree, but in THIS case, she only loses 7.5% of her DPS per death.

Yeahyeah, I know, she's not a DPSer in general, so this is a fairly useless observation, but I just find it deeply amusing that her "copy to a lesser degree" ability actually makes her version BETTER than who she is copying.

The numbers I gave should tell you the gear I have for Mindy. The original number is 10% and she copies at 7.5%, meaning she gets 75% effectiveness, meaning I have her rare hat. Yes, I know that her epic gear copies 1-for-1, and everything above epic copies at a better rate than the original, but the original effect of "Mimic" is intended to be a "copy, but slightly less powerful"-type skill. Her epic gear raises that to a perfect copy ability, but the concept of any given skill is usually best represented somewhere between their rare and epic gear.

I would have LONG since had Mindy's legendary hat if the the event chests for her EVER DROPPED THE EPIC HAT!!! 25 jeweled chests largely wasted >.>

The only reason I can think that Chilling Power might be redirected is because even though it is negative to Karen, it is positive to Frosty, and so if she is affected by it, it gives Frosty another stack. Still, I admit that is really stretching for a reason considering, again, it is negative to Karen.

As I said the above, I realized that I haven't tested it for myself, so I don't actually know if Frosty benefits from Karen being affected. If not, then I'm at a complete loss for how to explain it.

Yeah, it does benefit Frosty. But it's still a stretch indeed. Using him as my main DPSer I'm glad it benefits him though, since Karen (and Mindy if copying Karen) are heavily detrimental to powers which are split among the affected Crusaders (Like Sisaron's Loose Magic and Shadow Queen's Shadow Cowl).
