I don't know if it's an issue or not, I just unlocked Metal Soldierette a few hours ago, before unlocking the first two characters, I launched the Mission for Common and Uncommon recipes, Just validate the mission and receive recipes for The Metal Soldierette, Is this intend to be like this ? If I remembered correctly, it should give me the recipes of one of the 4 others characters I unlocked in the last Event (meaning Larry, Kyle, Knickette and Squiggles) since i got all the common and uncommon recipes for all my others characters. snowMS is a special case as she was introduced nearly a year ago, so the 2 week wait for recipes doesn't apply.
