Not getting mobile bonus
6 Posts	Link to post - Posted March 21st 2017 at 7:02 AM babameca The last few days I'm not getting +25% idols from mobile bonus. When I click reset I'm not offered the option to watch a video. Instead the game waits a few seconds and directly shows the reset world button.

5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted March 22nd 2017 at 11:44 AM Raymond post a ticket, but it's most likely some configuration issue at your end. how are you trying it, an actual phone? if so they try any number of android emulators on your computer, i have not used my phone in over a year and use 'bluestacks' on my windows 10 laptop. there are several other android emulators, likely a lot fewer if any IOS emulators.

If it was a configuration issue it would fail all the time I think. The issue started recently. Before that it was working 100% of the time.

6 Posts	Link to post - Posted March 22nd 2017 at 11:38 PM babameca I found a workaround. Usually I play on a laptop and when I want to reset I switch to the phone, reset and go back to the laptop. If I start the game and immediately reset - no bonus is given. If I start the game, press the button to buy all possible crusader levels and then reset - I get the bonus. Don't know how these 2 are connected but at least for me this solution works.
