So, I just got the recipe to craft Brogon's Epic scale. I previously had the rare one.

Now, here's the strange stuff I'd like to explain:

When it was rare, I'm not really sure about the value it had, but I think it brought the Friend's of Brogon ability up to 60%... from 20%, which is way too much (with the rare gear it's supposed to be at 30%). It could also have been at 90% (in which case his ability just got buffed to a base of 60%), but I'm not entirely sure about the old numbers.

But here's the continued strange part: When I crafted the epic part, it brought up the buff to 120%, which is for sure way too much (it's supposed to be at 40% if the base is 20%). It's like if the epic gear doubled up my previous gear (IF it was 60%), instead of doubling up the base value.

However, if the rare gear brought it to 90% due to the ability was buffed sometime to have a base of 60%, everything is just working as normal. But since I'm not entirely sure about the old numbers, there might possibly be a bug going on (not unlikely related to crafting, since going from 60% to 120% almost seems like it bugged out, giving it a legendary-like buff applied to it).

So, is there some kind of bug going on here, or has the ability been buffed to be 60% at base?

... I feel so stupid now! xD
