257 Posts	Link to post - Posted March 18th 2017 at 5:53 AM snow The hat is fine, it's your math that isn't working right. It's not supposed to mimic at 200% of the mimicked effect but at 300% of Mindy's base value. Which is exactly what the description states. Completely different calculation.

So, like show said, current effect is 50%, increase that by 200% (or base plus twice that,) you get 150%. This is exactly like every other effect buff item in the game.
