319 Posts	Link to post - Posted March 4th 2017 at 5:18 PM ihatethisfing does anyone else have a hard time buying multiple chests at once? i have 20k rubies and sometimes i cant even buy 1 chest without it locking up on me. the game still plays but i cant do anything until i reload. if i get more than 3 chests out of any 1 game load, im lucky. i have put in a support ticket but since it will be a couple days before they reply, thought maybe the community could help. i tried 3 different browsers, clearing cookies/cache, resetting modem/router.

Rubies are pretty important, so suddenly changing their use would be a VERY, VERY bad idea from a developer's standpoint. Changing chest use like the recent update makes sense since chests come in massive, easy quantities, but rubies are much more valuable. If CNE was going to completely change the use of rubies, we'd be warned faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar in advance. That is a "next year" kind of announcement.
319 Posts	Link to post - Posted March 4th 2017 at 6:23 PM ihatethisfing i too have thought roughly the same thing, since getting a big amount requires objectives and we cant just simply repeat them to get more. we would need something similar to freeplay where it'd be based on your (in one possible way) idol total and randomized as to what you have to do each time you beat it, without necessarily getting harder each time unless there is a difficulty selection for bigger amounts. but back on topic........anyone else have the problem i do in my original post?

I doubt it has anything to do with the game in general and more to do with your 20k total making the game go "WTF SRSLY" every time it has to recalculate after a purchase. Honestly? Just whittle down your rubies bit by bit, resetting a ton as needed. I'm doubtful the devs will be willing or able to do anything for your particularly specific issue, so this sounds like a "You dug your own grave, now lie in it" situation. Buying a bunch of jeweled chests can be minimally annoying, clicking back and forth repetitively, but it is an issue that is easy to avoid, not common, and too small to merit the devs putting the effort in to add a multi-buy mechanic for something you're not SUPPOSED to be buying in super-bulk to begin with.

5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted March 4th 2017 at 8:04 PM Last Edited March 4th 2017 at 8:07 PM Raymond that your computer locks up on you is an indication that you have issues at your end. do things to fix it, new computer, other browsers, only using one browser for the game and do everything else you do in a totally different browser. you have tried some of this and its not working, i have no other ideas. that you, boo hoo, have trouble spending tens of thousands of ruby's is all your own fault in shooting yourself in the foot. live with it.

257 Posts	Link to post - Posted March 4th 2017 at 11:25 PM snow I very rarely get somewhat a similar issue when clicking on anything does nothing at all. Mostly happened with the missions button, it would grey out and stay that way but not actualy take me to missions. But really rare glitch. I only recently cashed in almost 10k rubies in a single session and had no problems. There is a certain delay for each click though, takes about 2 seconds to process. Maybe give the Steam version a try and see if that works better. Also could try using the mobile version for it.
