LaGrangeThis started this morning, when i started up the game, it started up a tutorial, and i cannot hit any buttons to stop it. I can open the settings menu, but cannot close it (hitting X does nothing). I was able to follow the tutorial for a bit, hoping to get to the end, but once it got to "Hit the yellow arrow" i kept hitting it as it advanced me up to level 100, then that died too. I have restarted the game, i have reinstalled the game, i have wiped all files out, and reinstalled, it still brings me right to the tutorial with the purple wizard, and i cannot get out.

RaymondLast Edited February 19th 2017 at 6:04 AM part of that is it seems that your mobile did not register your login/account. This happens to me about once every 10 attempts to do a reset in bluestacks, but i simply close out and reload and i get into the game where i was.
use windows task manager if necessary to close out the program and reload the program. if necessary reboot the computer. i.e. you never need to do the tutorial after your initial time last year and one other time to set up mobile app |

LaGrangeLast Edited February 26th 2017 at 5:06 AM i could not start a support ticket in game due to the issue i am experiencing, but i sent an email in, as directed if i could not start a ticket, and have not heard anything back. I sent the email in over a week ago.
