Is Karen supposed to steal Shadow's Cowl?
12 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 14th 2017 at 6:10 PM vince Right now I have the SQ locked in a corner only adjacent to two crusaders. She has a U cloack, so 375% to split. The two next to her are only getting 125%. Karen elsewhere in the formation is also getting 125%, splitting it as if she were adjacent, instead of Center of the Universe matching what does not reach her. Just curious if that was the intention.

781 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 15th 2017 at 12:26 AM Animenut Her ability takes positive buffs that she is not in range of. SQ buffs adjacent crusaders. Is Karen not adjacent to SQ? Then she gets part of that buff. Same with things like healing and defense buffs. If she is not in range, she takes a portion. Simple as that. A pretty finicky ability, but I'm sure someone has been able to find a way to abuse that quirk.
12 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 15th 2017 at 5:42 PM vince Here's my confusion; Karen used to steal Mindy's mime also, when not adjacent, but it was fixed to where she didn't, since that is the qualifier for the ability. Now the only thing she gets is teh reduced bonus that is being copied, if it doesn't reach her. Haven't had Turkey in for a while, but since he has adjacent also, wouldn't expect her to take one of those slots either. When Karen is not adjacent to SQ, it seems the bonus should be split between the saders that are, and then Karen could either get something matching due to Center of the Universe. Same as she does for most of the other abilities, or nothing and that could just be something added in to not happen, so the adjacent abilities can be used to their most helpful.
