Flash Sale Gone Wrong
1 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 6th 2017 at 12:06 AM cash22 I had a Flash Sale come up offering a Golden Epic for Turkey and 9 (I think) Chilly chests for $4.99. I bought it and I received an Golden Epic for Billy and 9 different chests instead. I also already had that Golden epic for Billy. Is there any way to fix this?

1 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 6th 2017 at 6:05 AM ThePlumbus Got offered 2 ( which is a first to me ) and both times I received different golden epic cards ( one was the golden panda 150% gold found instead of a+600% dps on a hero I can't remmember and the second was a +600% for the hermit instead of Mercy's 150% ability) I'm not complaining , since it's a golden epic gold boost and a +600% on my main dps, but I'd prefer to get the gift promised with the pack that I buy since it does impact wether or not I'll buy said pack.
95 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 6th 2017 at 6:13 AM Viktyr Gehrig This bug has affected me, too. I was offered Natalie's cape, and got Phoenix's ring instead. Plus, I got the right number of chests, but the wrong kind-- and the chests I got offered gear for Crusaders I do not normally use.
1 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 6th 2017 at 6:23 AM thistlethorn The flash sale offered me a Golden Epic for Drizzle and six (I think) Carnage Cup Jeweled Chests. Once I paid it turned into gear for Emo Werewolf and different chests. I would not have spent money on what I received.

Restarted, offered Emo's crystal, got Emo's crystal. Restarted, offered Jason's sword, got Reginald's constitution. I'm one for three, and can't afford to continue repeating the experiment-- I was offered a fourth Flash Sale when I restarted. This is kinda fun, but I hope they fix it quickly. And give people what they paid for.

The issues around purchasing Flash sales should now be resolved for future purchases. Please reload the game before making if you have not reloaded the game since 9am PST today (Feb 6th). If you were awarded the wrong items, please put in a support ticket following the instructions for where you are playing. We will swap the Golden Epic for the one you thought you were buying. We will swap chests to the correct chests if they are unopened. We will award the proper purchase if nothing was awarded at all. Since there is a higher than normal volume of tickets because of this, it could take a couple days for you to get a reply.
