11 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 29th 2017 at 10:15 AM RenBr Im having an issue to access the game in the mobile. Appears a message saying that had an error during loading the game. I tried to reinstall but the problem remains. It happenned today.

11 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 29th 2017 at 11:53 AM RenBr NO. I'm at "No hoomans". But i'm not able to enter the game anymore because of this error when loading to enter the game. I even can't enter the game. Is in the first loading.
257 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 29th 2017 at 1:33 PM snow Well make sure you create a support ticket so this can be looked into tomorrow. In the meantime you might want to try if it works for you on Steam or Kong.

I was playing a tier 2 carnage bowl event mission, and after the reset, when I started the "singer" mission, there was Bush Whacker, the Singer, and no ennemy was coming... nothing. I quit the app, started it again, and got the "object reference is not an instance of an object at..." error. I emptied the cache, the data, uninstalled and reinstalled, and the error is still there. I created a ticket 10 hours ago.

The 3rd Tier 2 objective, Halftime Show, currently produces an error when you try to load the app on your device. We do have a fixed build ready that just needs to go through the app approval systems. In order to play and reset that objective, you will need to play it on a computer. If you don't have a computer and need me to abandon you off the objective, or if that wasn't the cause of your error, then respond to this ticket to reopen it. 11 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 30th 2017 at 10:29 AM RenBr Ok, but my issue is not because of Halftime Show. I donÂ´t know what happenned, and my ticket wasnt replied. There's anything I can do to solve this issue or I just have to wait? I dont wanna play in the computer, cause doesnt have the bonus idols.
5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 30th 2017 at 10:41 AM Raymond even if they intervene they will not award the +25% extra idols, mobile platform is outside their responsibility. you, and others, always have to suck up the loss if the only thing you can do is actually skip a reset on mobile and do it on a computer.
