Bought Jeweled Chest Pack, didn't get Merci's GE
4 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 16th 2017 at 12:21 AM akagiz Hi there, i bought a regular JC pack to get Merci's GE, after the checkout was completed the game froze at the shop interface. Reloaded the game, the chests got added but the GE did not. Please add it to my Merci :-) i can send you the receipt for the chests. Account is "akagiz on Armor", associated with various other accounts. Best regards!

There is a Panda Golden Epic in the normal jeweled chest sale atm. Edit: Also, the best thing to do is to use the ticket/support system in the game. Then they know exactly what account that needs help instead of giving username here :)

If you haven't already, if you could put in a support ticket following the method for the platform that you are playing on. For Armor, that means navigating to the "Overview" tab below the game. Then I will be better able to help you. If you have already done so, I apologize for the delay in my reply. I was out of the office yesterday and will be getting to the support tickets this afternoon, now that my morning duties are over.
