Windfall Achievement - Princess' Pool Party
12 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 8th 2017 at 3:26 PM Idi What is the trick to this achievement of taking 300% of extra gold from a monster? With all the characters female in the formation (except Bernard) I only got 280%. The another 30% from Bernard's position does not seem to affect the result. https://postimg.org/image/udz7sy9vj/ Any suggestions?

Unless you tried that, and Another didn't increase it, in which case, gear may be the only shot.

Because it seems like this has been coming up consistently on each different forum that someone here or there keeps failing to realize that the 30% from "Another" is for increasing the CHANCE of "Tips" happening and it's only "Girls Night" that affects the bonus received from "Tips". "Another" cares about positioning, cutting your CHANCE back down to where it started if you put him next to too many people. "Girls Night" does NOT care about positioning, just the count of how many females are in the formation.

I understand it now 100%, and you described it perfectly in your post, but when I was first toying with Bernie I did get confused and thought "Another" increased the gold boost. It's not the fault of CNE because they described specifically enough that if you read it correctly you'll understand what you're getting, but I think there are folks like me that see "oh, +30%, that's gold bonus and not chance, yay!". I know I was wrong, and I know the game described it correctly, but that was still my thought process, so I wanted to share it. Cheers 8^)

12 Posts	Link to post - Posted January 14th 2017 at 8:57 PM vince I was reading it wrong at first also, misreading, chance vice increasing %. Still don't have the gear either, so actually two achievements that can't be completed, and stuck at 280% myself...
