Sander BouwhuisSince a couple of days I can't reset the world. Or, rather, after reset I can't start a new run.
I have to use task manager to quit the task forcibly. When I then restart the game, the world I selected DOES start. Steam version 0.83 Windows 10 x64 |

cleat cache by right clicking in game and clicking clear cache. there are several other ways to do that too. check with google |

Sander BouwhuisWhen I right click in the game I get a popup menu that only states "v210". I don't see a way to clear the cache.

HenryTheHelperLast Edited October 31st 2016 at 12:05 PM Just download C-cleanner, free software. it will help to clean your pc and repair small issues.
Btw, many players noticed after reseting they can't start new game, we need to refresh game to play. (Press F5 for refreshing) |

Athlon4Last Edited October 31st 2016 at 1:37 PM Clearing cache... I hope I get all the steps right, but there might be different terms for the functions, since I use the german version
Right click on the Window --> Globale Settings (3rd Option after "v210" and "Settings" --> under memory or storage there are two buttons in the middle of the window... push the right one "delete all" and confirm everything Note: You'll lose every setting for every flash application which safes his settings local on your PC. That doesn't affect CotLI, but other games perhaps. |

Sander BouwhuisLast Edited November 1st 2016 at 7:56 AM As I stated, when I press the right mouse button I ONLY get 'v210'.
I have NO third option. Isn't there a developer here on the boards? This is the official website from the maker right? Or am I wrong? |

Raymondyou know, you never mentioned what browser you are using. All browsers are slightly different, whatever one you are using appears to not have that option, but use some other one and clear the cache there and guess what? Flash cache will be cleared across all possible browsers on your computer.
only you have you to blame for not clearing this up several days ago. |

Raymondsteam is not a browser
it's a game playtform that one accesses I assume using some browser like internet explorer or firefox or whatever. if not then do as i said, log into the game using some browser and clear cache there. then go back to however steam works and it will also be cleared there. if that is even the problem |

Sander BouwhuisOk, we seem to be in 2 different worlds here.
Steam is the largest gaming platform in the Western world. This game is on Steam. Here is the link to the game : http://store.steampowered.com/app/402840/ There is NO browser involved. It's an application that is being run just like any other game. It uses Adobe AIR to run as an executable on Windows. Now, is there ANY support from the game's developers or are they absent? |

Erika/AlynianaLast Edited November 1st 2016 at 2:22 PM @ Sander: Thank you for the report. We don't work on weekends and I was out sick yesterday, so the developers were working on other issues until I pointed this one to them.
If you reload the game on Steam now, you shouldn't run into the error of having to reload for every reset. We've put out a version with a fix for it. |

Raymondflash cache for specific games should be done on a regular basis, perhaps once a week or once a month.
another way to clear flash cache is to go into windows control panel which has an entry for flash. when in there one should do as the Devs have said starting with issues sometime around January http://forum.codenameentertainment.com/?thread_id=12010 |

Sander Bouwhuis@Erika
Ok, just checked and the new version works again. Thanks for fixing. Regarding working on the weekends... I've worked 7 days a week for over 20 years now so sometimes I forget that other people have days they don't work. |
