jmycrckdkrnI had purchased a 100 rubie chest and when I opened it and pressed the first card my game crashed. After reloading the game my chest was nowhere to be found and none of my rewards were present. Please help. Im new and stuck on Emos new moon level 92. I was really looking for a boost.

Erika/AlynianaIf you put in a support ticket from the method appropriate for where you play the game, then we can look at your account.
