Buffs not working

The ad bonus and the normal buff cards, the one with saw icons and the one with the coin icon? Is this on a PC or a mobile device? When you say not working, do you mean you activate one, and don't see your DPS go from say 1.34 to 2.68 if you used the 100% buff? Erika
