I made an account on Kong and Steam for CotLI. I then got rid of my Kong account and Steam account and this morning I went to play on Mobile as I linked my mobile to my Kong and Steam account. Anyway, after playing on mobile a while I prefer playing on a nice big screen PC so I made a new Kong account and thought I could link my mobile account to this new Kong account but this isn't the case - my progress is lost. New Kong account is ButchCastles Original Kong account and Steam account I got rid of are called JKMDDX If I need to I'll contact the Kong or Steam support to retrieve my original accounts with my progress but I'm starting here to see if I can get the accounts linked correctly from here. |

Thank you for getting in touch. I don't see an option on Kong to delete an account from the user settings, but you are saying you have nothing to log into for your old account? And you no longer have access to your Armor account either? Erika |

Butch CastlesLast Edited October 7th 2016 at 2:28 PM I just changed my email and password to something completely random I wouldn't remember on my old accounts. It'll be no problem for me to contact the support crew for Steam or something if I need to, they'll reset the account info for sure as I purchased Golden Epics on Steam.
Yep, I've currently got nothing to log into my account from now. I had mobile until I tried to connect it to Kong on a new Kong account but it saved my new account to Kong and deleted my old account on my mobile I was using. |

Erika/AlynianaLast Edited October 7th 2016 at 3:25 PM Getting your login back from Steam would probably be the quickest at this point. The developer wouldn't have time to look in the database and manually link your accounts until Wednesday at the earliest.
If you sign out of your new Kong account on your mobile device, what progress do you see? |

Butch CastlesThanks for the responses. I'll be contacting Steam.
I wasn't able to sign outta the Kong acc on mobile, some buttons didn't do anything when clicked. |
