Storm Rider broken?
30 Posts	Link to post - Posted October 1st 2016 at 5:16 AM Freudas After refreshing last night Storm Rider is just giving flat 10% (15% with Magnify), ignoring gear and Ride the Storm bonuses. Not sure if this is universal or not, did see some other folks talking about it last night before I reset and refreshed, it was still working normally for me at that time.
