FreudasI'm trying to log into mobile to reset and it seems I'm accessing someone else's account, whomever it is, I apologize. I keep losing the window before I can try to relog into my own Kong account?

There was an issue with some Android users, due to our fix for an iOS issue. Luckily we sorted you personally out in Kong chat this morning, and only a few other players were affected. For an issue like this though, using the support ticket system can usually enable us to give you a better response than a forum post, since the ticket system gives us your user ID. Cheers, Erika |
