Ticket Response Bug
10 Posts	Link to post - Posted September 5th 2016 at 10:28 PM Nathan Dragon I had raised a ticket before and it shows "You have a new response to your support ticket waiting to be read" pop-up as it should be. However, when I click "Read Now" nothing happens and this pop-up shows again every time I log in Crusaders of the Lost Idols in Armor Games. I cannot see my response
5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted September 5th 2016 at 11:59 PM Raymond the message 'you have a response' has never opened the ticket when clicked fir me. but one can open the response by clicking the very thing that you click to generate a ticket, or by going to https://apps.facebook.com/lostidols/?page=help&display=open_tickets&signed_request directly

The pop-up is just meant to let you know you have a response, not to take you to the ticket page. On Armor, you want to navigate to the Overview tab under the game, and then follow the Support link. That takes you to the ticket system. Erika
