Denied chests: please fix server issues

Today I bought 3 event chests to support the devs and get the golden epic gear. Imagine my surprise when the game freezes halfway through the transaction, with some server error message. I thought nothing of it, until I got an email stating I'd been charged for the chests, even though they never showed up in game, nor did the golden epic. This is totally unacceptable. I've complained about this game's irregular server errors before, but nothing has been done. Frequently, the rewards for missions will not show up, seemingly because the game is to busy loading graphics to do something completely unrelated (???). In this case, however, it involved a transaction with real money. If you can't handle these transactions properly, there should not be in-game purchases. Please help me, and your whole community, by resolving this glaring issue.

Codename support is pretty good at fixing these problems. Put in a report by using the Help & Support link at the bottom of the game-screen. They should be able to give you your missing chests & epic. Make sure you have the info from the email you received.

I don't see any Help & Support link? I was under the impression that this subforum existed for this purpose.

in facebook the very bottom middle of the screen. other platforms have a similar thing somewhere on the screen.
the forums are kind of for generic issues that effected anyone, specific issues that only one person had happen it's much easier for the Devs to deal one on one with you directly whhich they can do from a tickey

While this is definitely an individual issue (the missing chests), it's also a generic issue (the server problems). Other people have complained about the inexplicable lag as well.

I can't seem to find anything resembling a help button on Armor Games. I asked in the in-game chat to see if anyone else knew, no luck.

P.S. I think they don't support on weekends, maybe I'll hear from them here on Monday.
