My mobile version keeps freezing on the load screen at "loading background graphics". This began the morning of 7-20. After a few attempts, I checked for an update and installed it, but it didn't fix the issue. I tried restarting, clearing my cache, and restarting my router, all unsuccessful. Is there anything else I should try?
