I would like to get a count on how many people besides myself like to hoard up a lot of chests and then opening them all at once, rather than opening them as they are picked up. At this point in time I have 437 chests in total. If you have more than that, or even if you just have more than one hundred, post the number here. I am curious to see how many other people hoard them up like this.

By the way, this is mostly to get a count on non-store-bought chests. =)

a couple of days ago I opened 200 silver chests in one go, just to raise the EP-Level of some crusaders to send them on a Mission. Changed the probability from 79 to 81 at least, so that was effective. A bit. I stopped using silver chests and their Gold Drops during Idols Farming and usually only use them when I am about 30 or 40 Levels away from an objective.

@Laxerio, @thedude: What do you use first, time warps or silver chests, when you run out of Patience and Need Gold quickly?

I don't collect jeweled chests that quickly, though, so I still open them up as soon as I see there's at least one of them.

I did one time let my silver chests get up to 600-something, but now i keep only 100 silvers minimum in reserve and open a hundred whenever the total goes over two - mostly just to boost my EP now, since i recently got the last rare gear for the original crusaders. I too wait until i get 5 jeweled chests before opening them - so much easier.

Why not just open them :p Its not like they are making any bonus for hoarding.

I have over 200 silver chests. I Open 100 of them each day if I am in high-end zones to farm more idols.

I've got around 3.5k. I keep telling myself that I'll open them when I do an objective, but they pile up. I've been trying to open some at the end of idol runs to get more idols and increase my stats lately.

I hoarded 10k+ and burnt 10k today. Initially I thought this is good for gold income. After I easily achieved level 5000 for all crusaders, none of them could level up further due to a limit set by the admins. Therefore, gold is useless beyond that point.

@Teschio, I am not and I pay for the game. I think you are simply not a hardcore player.

@Raymond Jerome, I think you misunderstood. I hoarded 10k silver chests, not jeweled chests. I always open a jeweled chest when I have one.

@ Mentis, it's pretty simple: if you want to have decent gear and a decent amount of EPs, you need to open a lot of chests (silver ones too). After you do that, and have at least 500 EPs on every crusader and rare equip or better on everyone, then you can start hoarding. This doesn't mean you don't get more than 10k chests, it means you can't hoard that many if you still want to have good DPS.

BTW, I've been playing this game since 308 days ago, I've played every day, the game is almost always running, I have 265k idols, I have opened 15.6k silver chests in total, and I have hoarded another 2.3k now. I am pretty sure almost nobody has gotten 20k chests in total in this game. Therefore, you hoarding 10k+ means that either you have crappy EPs and gear and don't really understand the game, or you hacked it. I lean towards the second option.
