The quest to freeze with Reginald twice has a small bug, but I can see it might be hard to fix. Please erase this if you don't want to fix.

When you click freeze, it does an autocheck to see if there are any creatures to freeze. If there are no creatures, then it does not use the freeze. But the quest counts it as a use of freeze. So effectively if you click the freeze button multiple times without a creature on the screen, you can get both clicks of freeze in one go. It's not a huge issue, because the quest is only for 2 uses, but it does appear to not be as intended.
